• Q What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

    A Your return must reach us within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection. It must be accompanied with a valid Order Reference number and returns form.
     
    - For return methods, please refer to "How do I return my order?"
    - Exchanges can be made at our retail stores. Refer to "How do I exchange my online order?"
    - Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.
    - Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their clothing tags intact.
     
    Exclusions
    Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied), panties, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
     
    We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.
    Reimbursement & processing time
    Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7 business days from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

    Retail Store Exchange
     
    For retail store purchases, you're more than welcome to make an exchange within 30 days at any of our stores (no matter which outlet you purchased from!) with a valid receipt or order number for your purchase.
     
    - Only products in its original condition with the product tags still intact will be valid for exchanges.
    - You may exchange to another item:
     
    Exchange to lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made.
    Exchange to higher value item - A top-up is required.
    Only the discounted value of the item paid will be exchanged.
    - Exchanges to a Retail Gift Card are not allowed.
     
    Exclusions
    The following categories are not returnable/exchangeable: Sale items, panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle, and gifts. Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
    Refunds
    All sales/exchanges are final. We do not provide refunds for store purchases.
    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    Step 1: Eligibility
    Return item(s) within 30 days at any of our Singapore stores from the date of delivery.
    Returnable: Apparels, bags in their original condition with product tags intact.
    Non-returnable: Sale items (with discounted prices before promo code is applied), accessories, lifestyle and gifts.
     
    Step 2: Choose Preferred Method of Return
    You may return your order via the following options:
    Returns via Ninja Van Drop off/Home Collection  (SGD3.80 - 5.60/return)
    Returns via our Retail Stores (Free) - Simply drop off your online orders at our Singapore LIOU&LANS stores.
     
    Step 3: Fill in & Enclose Returns Form
    Please fill in the returns form & enclose it securely in your returns parcel. You can download a copy of the form here. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ensure your return information is indicated clearly and accurately.
     
    Step 4: Store Credit Refund
    Reimbursement & processing time
    Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.
     
    We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Do return your order to us via the methods stated above as unreceived returns via a non-traceable mode of postage will not be reimbursed.
